Seeking a Chief Financial Officer to serve as a key leader to provide comprehensive oversight for accounting, financial management, risk management, human resources, information technology, and procurement functions. As an essential member of the executive leadership team, the CFO collaborates closely with the CEO and department heads to shape strategic decisions, establish policies, and drive operational excellence.
The CFO will contribute to the formulation and execution of both operational and financial strategies. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO is empowered with significant autonomy and is responsible for guiding decisions based on their financial implications.
Requirements:
- 15 years of senior management experience in finance, accounting, or business management
- Active CPA
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of the organization’s operations, including its business processes, governance, and legal/regulatory responsibilities required.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in finance and business management, with the ability to analyze alternatives, trends, and potential impacts on the organization.
- Efficiently prioritize initiatives and lead a diverse team across finance, accounting, human resources, IT, and administration to support the strategic plan.
- Exhibit creativity and a proactive approach in recommending enhancements to practices and processes across departments.
- Understand and mitigate financial, operational, compliance, and enterprise risks through effective risk management strategies.
- A Master’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Salary : $220,000 - $250,000
