- Attention to Detail: You’ll be the expert in making every corner and surface spotless, ensuring that no detail is overlooked.
- Clear Communication Skills: While you’ll mostly be working solo, clear communication is key. Whether it’s reporting any issues or following instructions, being able to communicate effectively is important.
- Friendly with Clients (When Needed): You’ll have some client interaction, so a warm, friendly approach is essential when you’re speaking with them—nothing too heavy, just being polite and approachable!
- Punctual & Reliable: We value reliability, so being on time and ready to get the job done is a must.
- Experience: Previous cleaning experience is a bonus, but if you’re new, we’ll provide training to set you up for success.
