What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Professional // Per project pay position at Sudz Up Cleaning Company?
Sudz Up Cleaning Company is looking for 2 daytime contractors and 1 evening contractor for residential and commercial cleaning services in Columbia and the directly surrounding areas.
Payment is by the job, based on the work scope and time estimate . Our goal is a premium rate per job that supports an hourly breakdown of $29 or more. You will always be paid for all work you complete.
Scheduling is flexible. Availability is reported by contractors weekly, and windows of availability can vary widely from week to week.
We care about taking care of the people that work with us. Working relationships also require reciprocity, and we have some needs expectations as well.
Reliability on the days you provide is a must. Routine tardiness and last-minute call-outs are immediate deal-breakers. Our clients rely on us, and our entire business reputation is built on not letting them down.
Previous cleaning experience is required for this position. It requires that you can understand and identify the tedious tasks inclusive of providing full standard cleaning services to residential homes and commercial spaces.
Although all of our contractors are provided with a company checklist for services, experience in managing these various cleaning tasks independently, efficiently, and thoroughly is essential.
This position also asks that you manage and provide your own cleaning supplies. A checklist of our standard go-to products will be provided, and a small monthly stipend may be provided if you’re willing to use our recommended eco-friendly products that many of our clients prefer. We also may be able to provide pre-made cleaning kits for ongoing restock purchase on a case-by-case basis.
If you have workplace cleaning experience, have cleaned professionally before, or are cleaning professionally now but have gaps in your schedule - this is a great opportunity.
This is also a great opportunity for those wanting to supplement a primary income with part-time work, or those wanting more control over their work schedule.
We’re looking for people who can show up, complete the jobs they’ve committed to thoroughly from start to finish, and enjoy the rest of their day.
We are looking for people we can count on. No stress, no hassles, and no drama.
