Full-time or Part-time Clinical Nurse Practitioner is needed in the Opioid Treatment Program, operated by Suffolk County Department of Health Services, Division of Community Mental Hygiene.Nurse Practitioner at the Opioid Treatment Program would provide Medication Management to patients, including assessment of patients seeking treatment of Methadone and assess the appropriateness for this level of treatment.NOTE SHIFTS AVAILABLE FOR HAUPPAUGE : Location : Hauppauge OTP ClinicsWork schedule : Monday - Friday (6AM - 2PM), Tuesday-Saturday (6AM - 2PM), OR Flexible between 6AM - 2PM.Key Elements Of The Role : Initiate Methadone induction and provide ongoing Medication Management for Methadone.Conduct Health Assessments to make a determination on status of patients, as well as medical service needs.
