Job Summary
\We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Representative to join our team at Suffolk Credit Union.
\As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding member experiences, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
\You will work closely with our Assistant Branch Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall success of our branch.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new members. \
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building. \
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization to drive results and achieve shared goals. \
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all transactions and interactions. \
- Meet or exceed monthly loan goals while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. \

Requirements
\- \
- High school diploma or equivalency certification. \
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the banking industry. \
- Supervisory experience and cash handling skills a plus. \
- Ability to obtain a notary license within 3 months. \
- NMLS-ID (Mortgage Loan Originator) required; will be provided at time of hire if not already acquired. \
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. \
