\We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team.
\In this role, you will have the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with our members, understand their unique financial needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
\You will also work closely with the Assistant Branch Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall success of our branch.

Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional member experiences and build strong relationships. \
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our suite of products and services. \
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization to drive results and achieve shared goals. \
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions and interactions. \
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet monthly loan goals. \

Requirements
\- \
- High school diploma or equivalency certification. \
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the banking industry. \
- Supervisory experience and cash handling skills a plus. \
- Ability to obtain a notary license within 3 months. \
- NMLS-ID (Mortgage Loan Originator) required; will be provided at time of hire if not already acquired. \
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. \
