Surveillance Supervisor

The Payrate is $25.50 hourly. 

Job Description:

Assist in all surveillance operations to ensure that all rules and procedures are being followed. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Comply with confidentiality regulations regarding all surveillance information including camera coverage, investigations, and proprietary material
• Supervisor surveillance personnel.
• Responsible for the enforcement of New York Video lottery regulations
• Provide surveillance of gaming room floor and cash operations for the purpose of spotting procedural violations and illegal activity
• Use of audio/video equipment to observe business operations
• Verify and account for surveillance records, reports, and camera views
• Written reports and logging of any observed violations and illegal activity, in a timely manner
• Maintain current knowledge of camera locations and viewing angles
• Monitor facility intrusion and panic alarms
• Report promptly all camera and equipment deficiencies
• Maintain a safe work and customer environment
• Assist in training current and new associates on proper regulations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate training records as needed

• Role model to lead by example.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years Gaming Surveillance related experience or combination of surveillance and law enforcement experience preferred.
• One to two years’ supervisory experience preferred
• Must have working knowledge and be able to utilize the Gaming data systems that are available to Surveillance
• Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License
• Ability to communicate with others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attentive and detailed oriented
• Capable of following procedures, taking/giving directions
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point
• Superior organization and guest service abilities required
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills required
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions in a timely manner
• Excellent social skills, professional appearance
• Working knowledge of surveillance audio and video equipment
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally

• Weekends, holidays, swing shifts, grave shift may be required.
