Overview
Sugar Berries Cafe is looking for a expo/food runner to join our dynamic team. As a expo/food runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and servers to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This is apart time position is for weekend mornings. Must have a valid servsafe upon start date.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen operations.
- Familiarize yourself with the menu items to provide guests with accurate information regarding ingredients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services and teamwork.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
