What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at SUGAR BOWL RESORT?
Sugar Bowl is looking for dynamic and energetic bussers to assist our Food & Beverage department by providing above and beyond customer service, assisting with food prep and sanitation, serving drinks, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area and follow company policies and procedures.

Who you are
- 0-1 year food and beverage experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
What you will do
- Assisting other staff in expediting of food/beverage when requested
- Assisting in special/catered events
- Polishing, vacuuming, and general cleaning of food service areas
- Handling of hot food service items
- Clearing dirty dishes from tables
- Resetting and maintenance of food service areas
- Expediting of dirty linens/bags to gondola area for servicing
- Proper clearing/organization of dirty dishes in dish station drop off area
