What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Coordinator position at SUGAR BOWL RESORT?
Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for two people-centric, detailed-oriented HR Coordinators to provide employee support in the front offices of HR and Housing/Uniforms. The HR Coordinator will focus on core tasks in the areas of onboarding & orientation, housing & uniforms and employee events. This is a full-time, seasonal position (6 months) and works 2 days/week out of our HR office, in our snowbound Village, and 3 days/week out of our Uniforms/Housing office at Donner Summit Lodge. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Housing may be available in one of our shared employee housing facilities (inquire with the hiring manager).

What you will do
- Support the Housing & Uniforms Supervisor with employee uniforms distribution (check-in/check-out) and employee housing check-ins.?
- Support the HR Generalist with all front office tasks, emails, phones, front desk reception, filing, general housekeeping, etc.).
- Be the primary organizer of the HR email inbox, assigning emails to the correct HR Team member and responding to emails efficiently and effectively.
- Issue Employee ID/Passes using RTP.
- Support employee orientations, with the potential for speaking opportunities
- Support employee events and other employee functions
- Work on various projects as assigned
- Shared snow-shoveling responsibilities at the HR office and at Housing & Uniforms Office at DSL.
Other Details
- Compensation: $23/hr- $25/hr.

- Must have reliable 4x4 or AWD transportation.
- Must reside within a 30-mins commutable distance.
- Must walk/traverse in snow conditions to the HR office. Our Village is snowbound, and our office is located just uphill from the Disney Lift, walking over snow is required.
