Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Guest Services Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Guest Services Office, Guest Communications (phone, email, online requests) and Seasonal Locker Sales. The Guest Services Supervisor also assists with the Guest services Office and Ticket Windows. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on guest experience and operational efficiency, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions. This role includes training and managing staff, overseeing point-of-sale locations, processing online sales, and responding to guest inquiries, all while providing exceptional service. This is a 10 month, seasonal position.

Who you are
- Supervise daily operations of the Guest Services Office, Locker Sales, and Guest Communications.
- Train and manage staff in the proper use of the ticket system.
- Monitor labor costs and manage closing procedures at various point-of-sale locations.
- Process online sales and respond promptly to department emails.
- Research and resolve issues related to lift tickets and mountain access.
- Upsell and cross-sell resort products and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain professional communication with guests, staff, and other departments.
What you will do
- Prior guest service experience required.
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability make sound decisions and align with company values and policies.
- Proficiency in RTP|ONE/ RPOS systems required.
- Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational efficiency.
- Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic resort environment.
- Available to work during peak winter business, which is typically weekends and holidays
- This is snowbound, mountain environment
