Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for Rental Technicians to assist customers with rental equipment fittings and check in/out.

Who you are
- Basic computer skills - required
- Strong customer service skills
- English fluency - required
- Friendly, personable and comfortable working with people
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; including holidays and weekends - required
- Experience with rental POS systems - preferred
- Passion for the snow sport industry – preferred
What you will do
- Fit Boots, Skis, Snowboards and/or Poles to guest satisfaction
- Manage rental agreements paperwork upon check out and return
- Help manage Rental of Ski School and Group Sales transactions
- Ensure guests are well-equipped for a day on the mountain
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Demonstrating knowledge of rental products
- Demonstrate proper knowledge of company transaction handling policies and procedure
- Arrive on time, with proper, clean uniform and appearance
