Job Overview
Sugar Creek Oral Surgery is a new oral surgery office opening in Bentonville in the Fall of 2025. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to both help us start the practice and then transition to overseeing the daily operations of our office once we open. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that our office runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively, while also supporting our team members in their tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Oversee administrative functions such as scheduling, calendar management, and file organization.
- Coordinate human resources activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Supervise and support office staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain and manage phone systems to ensure effective communication within the office.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Dental experience; either front office or assistant
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management is desirable.
