Our mission is to provide exemplary service, reliable transportation, and creative solutions to meet our customers' logistics needs.
We operate Dry van freight with a huge emphasis on dropped trailers for mid-size to larger customers who have the capacity to load and unload on their timeline.

Salary is determined based on the applicant's skills; prior relevant experience, etc.
Total compensation (base salary plus commission) expected to be anywhere from $150,000 to $200,000
We are looking for a positive attitude, a relentless work ethic, and someone who thrives on being part of a team that moves freight with purpose.
Compensation : 65,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Create and implement tactical plans to promote company expansion and increase the client base.
- Construct and maintain a positive rapport with potential and current customers.
- Coordinate efficiently with internal groups to guarantee a consistent, remarkable client journey.
- Attend industry events, shows, and conventions to showcase our ability and broaden our network.
- Accumulate a thorough understanding of our services, the Californian freight market, and the latest industry developments.
- Monitor, assess, and report on performance metrics, leveraging data-based insights to enhance our strategies and optimize outcomes.
- Provide feedback and guidance in the creation of promotional materials, offers, and presentations that emphasize our distinct value.
- Work with our internal staff to remain efficient and deliver for the customer timely and safely.
