Sugar Drop is a Franklin Tennessee based business that specializes in cake, party and sweets supplies as well as high end gift items. Sugar Drop has an on-site party and event space and pick-up ready signature cakes and cookies as well as other sweet treats.
Job Summary: Our goal is to be the sweetest shop in town. Your job is to support our mission and to make sure every guest gets a consistent product in keeping with the Sugar Drop bakery standards. The bakery is a direct link between the customer and our establishment regarding the quality of food we provide, therefore, it is essential that you demonstrate the following characteristics, whether your interaction be in person or over the phone:

Job Duties:
- Bake all items for orders and cafe area
- Read, understand, and follow instructions from our recipes, using baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and other equipment.
- Maintain Sugar Drop standards for production, quality, and flavor
- Assist with inventory, cleaning, prep, and various other daily tasks
- Works as a team player to support an environment of trust, dependency, and belonging
Requirements:
- 30-35 Hours Per Week
- Previous commercial baking experience is required
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand 8 hours per day
- Job Monday-Saturday with Tuesday or Wednesday off
