Duties
- Assist in the smooth operation of the kitchen and food service areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members
- Run food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables
- Ensure that all food items are delivered promptly and accurately
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Provide assistance with catering events as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
