Ice Cream Maker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ice Cream Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality ice cream products while adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong understanding of food production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate ice cream production equipment and machinery efficiently.
• Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency in flavor and texture.
• Monitor the production process to maintain quality control and compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Sanitate work areas, equipment, and utensils according to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines.
• Fabricate and package finished products for distribution.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and improve efficiency.

Experience

• Previous experience in food production or the food industry is required, baking and candy making preferred.
• ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Basic knife skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
