Job Title: Recreational Gymnastics Coach (Part-time)
Description: We are looking for a FRIENDLY and ENERGETIC person to join our team as a recreational gymnastics coach. (No gymnastics experience necessary…we will train). This is a part-time position and hours are Monday-Friday from 3:45-8:00 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 8:45am - 12:30pm. Hours are flexible based on your schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Lead gymnastics classes consisting of children ages 2 ½ to 13 years old
- Teach, explain, and demonstrate age appropriate gymnastic skills
- Follow the weekly lesson plan
- Spot and assist students in the skills they are learning
- Set up for classes and clean up after classes
- Take class attendance
- Attend mandatory trainings and special events
- Other coaching tasks as necessary
Requirements:
- Must be good with kids and have an outgoing and friendly personality
- Professionalism and dependability
- Self-motivated and positive attitude
- Must be willing to learn
- Reliable transportation
- Gymnastics and/or coaching experience is preferred but NOT required. We will train you.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.50 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
