Summary:
Under the direction of the Manager, Stadium Operations, the Parking Attendant is responsible to issue parking tickets and collect payment in accordance with Company’s operational policies and standards. Parking attendants should greet and answer guests’ questions, resolve issues, provide exceptional customer service and direct guests where to park. This is a part-time, seasonal position (Game Day only) that requires days, nights, weekends and some holidays. Must be 16 years of age or older.
Essential Functions & Duties:
- Welcome and greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner.
- Partner with all team members to provide the best guest experience.
- Provide quick and pleasant assistance supporting guests at entry and exit lanes.
- Direct guests where to park.
- Issue parking tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket.
- Collect payment either through cash, credit card or voucher, always securing cash according to the company’s standard operating procedures (cashless payments are expected unless not possible). Keep all parking lot areas neat and clean.
- Assist and educate guests on Constellation Field’s policies and procedures.
- Provide the company’s standards of service with each guest interaction.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous customer experience preferred.
- Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s customer service standards.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers in the English language.
- Ability to operate Apple technology products including iPhone and iPad tablet.
- Ability to collect cash and give appropriate change, when necessary.
- Capable of following job guidelines and supervisors' instructions.
Work Environment
The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment. Must be able to work in all types of outdoor weather conditions and within a stadium environment.

Position Type
This is a part-time position. This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including; extended hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.
