Duties:
- Perform mammography screenings and diagnostic exams following protocols and guidelines.
- Position patients correctly and operate imaging equipment to obtain high-quality images.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to analyze images and provide accurate results.
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and protocols.
Experience:
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
- ARRT certification in Mammography.
- State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Proficiency in operating mammography equipment and PACS systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with patients.
- Prior experience in mammography preferred but not required.
