- Must have excellent people and communication skills and a positive attitude
- Previous customer service experiences a must
- Experience in restaurant or fine dining a plus
- Engage and greet all guests, in person and on the phone with grace and hospitality
- Take reservations, answer phones, keep the front desk clean and organized
- Help the team when things come up, be a team player
