We're seeking a Social Media Strategist who will be responsible for content creation, planning, and communication across all social media platforms for Sugar Mountain brands. The ideal candidate is data driven, highly collaborative, an expert communicator, and has a proven track record of building audience reach and engagement.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and monitor Sugar Mountain brands across platforms (Meta, X, YouTube, etc.), maintaining accurate brand information and brand-appropriate storytelling.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns, including content creation (images, video, and written), advocacy, cross-promotion, and associated KPIs.
- Shape and execute social media calendars and campaigns aligned with strategic goals, adjusting based on metrics and testing.
- Survey social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying them as needed to optimize strategy and results.
- Identify and report threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the business units.
- Utilize effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
- Employ winning customer service techniques in user communications; Identify potential negative or crisis situations and support resolution.

Compensation :
The starting salary range for this position is between $65,000 - $75,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
