Hiring : Sugar Shane’s Content Creator (Paid, Part-Time)

We need someone who LOVES the camera and isn’t afraid to be the face of Sugar Shane’s on social media. If you can grab attention, entertain, and create viral content—this is for you!

What You’ll Do :

  • Be the star of our TikToks, Reels, and Shorts – daily videos, trends, and interactive content
  • Film & edit behind-the-scenes bakery moments, new drops, and customer reactions
  • Engage with customers & team members on camera to bring the Sugar Shane’s experience to life
  • Hop on trends, challenges & viral sounds—keep us ahead of the game
  • Post, caption, and optimize content to maximize reach and engagement

Who You Are :

  • Comfortable being on camera and grabbing attention
  • Naturally energetic, fun, and confident in front of an audience
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and viral trends
  • Experience in video creation, editing, and storytelling
  • Ability to engage with customers & make them part of the content
  • Able to work independently and bring fresh creative ideas daily
  • Must have a car and be able to shoot at our 398 14th St NW, Atlanta location regularly
