ABOUT THE POSITION
Sugar Sugar Hawaii – Ala Moana Boutique is seeking a motivated and organized Keyholder / Digital Operations Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines leadership responsibilities in-store with oversight of our online operations, including order fulfillment and digital engagement.
As a Keyholder, you’ll take on a leadership role in-store, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences. As a Digital Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and growing our e-commerce presence, fulfilling online orders, and engaging with our digital audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Keyholder Duties:
- Open and close the boutique, ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and preventing loss.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect products.
- Manage register operations, including sales, returns, and ensuring accuracy.
- Train and support team members, restock inventory, and maintain an organized store.
- Foster a positive, welcoming environment that reflects Sugar Sugar Hawaii’s brand values.
Digital Operations Duties:
- Fulfill and process online orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery.
- Oversee e-commerce platform updates, including product uploads and inventory tracking.
- Create and execute engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms to showcase products, events, and community initiatives.
- Respond to customer inquiries across digital platforms and build authentic relationships with the online community.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce and social media performance metrics, using data to inform strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with digital and e-commerce trends to optimize processes and discover growth opportunities.
- Represent Sugar Sugar Hawaii in live content creation at in-store events and promotions.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Retail or Boutique Experience: Preferred but not required.
- E-Commerce Knowledge: Experience with online order fulfillment or managing e-commerce platforms.
- Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing social media accounts (bonus points for retail brands).
- Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Organization & Communication: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to craft compelling visuals and captions for social media.
- Tech Skills: Basic photography, videography, and editing skills are a plus.
