Job Description: Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager
Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, digital advertising, and analytics. This role involves enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads through the power of social media and digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram & website)
- Manage daily content scheduling, posting, and interaction with followers across all social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to ensure our content is relevant and engaging.
- Optimize social media profiles for maximum reach and engagement.
- Content Creation & Curation:
- Create engaging, original content (images, videos, text, infographics) for social media posts, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure all assets align with brand messaging and standards.
- Digital Advertising:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to meet targeted goals (awareness, conversions, etc.).
- Set budgets, analyze performance, and report on campaign success.
- Community Engagement:
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive online community.
- Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to boost brand awareness.
- Address customer feedback, questions, and concerns via social media platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Strong content creation skills and understanding of visual design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with video editing software and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
