We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee all planning, maintenance, and staffing for the facilities department at Sugarbush Resort. This role requires strong leadership skills and hands-on knowledge of project timelines from beginning to end.
\Job Description
\- Participates in planning, budgeting, and implementing building and grounds maintenance operations as well as capital improvement projects.
- Requires constant monitoring of buildings and systems, while keeping an eye on details of appearance, efficient functioning, and costs of operation.
- Manage all facilities staff and maintain proper controls over safety, schedules, meetings, budgets, performance appraisals, discipline, and hiring of new staff.
Responsibilities
\- Supervise up to 25 employees.
- Manage all resort parking operations to ensure a properly trained staff and efficient use of parking lot space.
- Responsible for maintenance staff, security operations coordination with contracted trades services such as electrical, HVAC/plumbing, carpentry, plowing, landscaping, etc.
