POSITION SUMMARY :
Sugarbush Resort is searching for a Front Desk Agent to work at our Health & Recreation Center, known as the SHaRC. The Front Desk Agent will greet members, resort guests, and general public. They will make sure customer service needs are met - including check-ins, appointment booking, membership sales, and retail sales using RTP. If one doesn't already have it, they must obtain a Department of Liquor Control certification to help with the new task of beverage sales. Part time positions available!
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Working with all of our guests to ensure they have a good experience visiting our facility.
- Checking guests into and out of the club, checking guests into appointments, and helping guests in any way needed.
- Selling of products : massage, membership, climbing wall, sims, and retail items.
- Assigned tasks, help with small maintenance projects (towels, emptying trash, keeping desk area & entryway clean and occasional aid with snow removal.)
