Job Description:
The Resort Operations Supervisor will be responsible for resolving guest issues and handling special requests in a courteous and professional manner. This role will also involve supervising frontline staff, assisting with planning and assigning work, and training employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Coordinate daily operations of the Season Pass/Ticket booth
- Be knowledgeable about current products, promotions, and procedures
- Promote and sell products, assist with cash handling, and maintain accurate records
This is a seasonal position that runs from November until April. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, previous supervisory experience, and a friendly personality.
