Job Summary:
The Season Pass/Ticket Supervisor will play a critical role in delivering an unparalleled guest experience at Sugarbush Resort. This individual will provide expert guidance and support to frontline staff, resolve complex issues, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities at the Season Pass/Ticket booth, ensuring seamless interactions with guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote products and services, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and procedures, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Analyzing and resolving complex guest issues, providing creative solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for frontline staff, enhancing their skills and expertise.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 18 years of age.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong reading, math, and computer skills.
- Previous supervisory experience and customer service/cash handling experience is required.
- Resort experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous POS software experience is preferred.
