Job Description
Sugarbush Resort is a year-round destination, offering some of the best skiing and riding in the east, an award-winning ski school, mountain biking, golf, disc golf, an array of dining venues, and a fully appointed Health and Recreation Center.
We are seeking a Season Pass/Ticket Supervisor to join our team. This role resolves guests' problems and handles special requests, provides courteous responses and solutions, and supervises frontline staff.
This position runs from November until April and offers a comprehensive wellness initiative, commitment to safety, growth opportunities, and resort benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide welcoming and professional service to guests as a primary point of contact.
- Coordinate daily operations of the Season Pass/Ticket booth, including knowledge of current products, promotions, and procedures.
- Promote and sell our products, cash out, and assist with staff cash outs.
- Present a pleasant attitude and help with problems related to guests' needs.
- Act as communications conduit between line staff and manager.
- Keep records and logs up to date.
- Ensure positive, accurate, prompt, and courteous service while helping guests select products that best suit their individual needs.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong reading, math, and computer skills necessary.
- Previous supervisory experience and customer service/cash handling experience required.
- Resort experience preferred.
- Verbal and written communication skills essential.
- Previous POS software experience and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency preferred.
- A professional and friendly personality required.
- Excellent listening/communication skills and basic math accuracy necessary.
- Timely and reliable attendance crucial.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
