Where do you fit?
The Account Executive, SMB is a great role for an experienced hunter who knows how to drive new business within the small and medium business (SMB) segment for sales-i (a SugarCRM company). We are searching for a sales professional who thrives on building and expanding a book of business while developing long-term customer relationships.
**This role is in-office (Downtown Denver) 4x per week, remote 1 day per week**
\n- Own and manage the full sales cycle for SMB customers, from prospecting to close.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and needs.
- Manage and close opportunities ranging from $15,000 to $50,000 ARR, with a focus on high-margin, long-term contracts.]
- Execute strategic outreach to drive awareness of SugarCRM’s solutions and generate interest among target prospects.
- Leverage the channel (when applicable) to drive joint opportunities and expand SugarCRM’s footprint in SMB accounts.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and key performance metrics.
- Track and manage sales activities using our CRM, ensuring an accurate pipeline and forecast.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS or ERP sales, with a focus on SMB or mid-market customers.
- A proven hunter mentality, with an ability to build and expand a territory through outbound efforts.
- Established experience selling to C-level and key stakeholders within SMB organizations.
- A proven ability to manage to a defined forecast with stated quarterly objectives.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
