POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Store Directors are the heart of the client experience through daily guest interaction, thorough staff training, and excellent service. They find passion in the continual training and development of their Team Members- and ensure each and every client leaves with a smile on their face. Store Directors balance inventory management, scheduling, and all other administrative duties with Team Member feedback, development, and training to create a warm environment for both Team Members and clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively communicating and executing new operational initiatives in your store
- Interviewing hiring new Team Members to S B standards
- Working alongside your Team Members in taking services via tanning or sugaring
- Responsible for store level utilization- monitoring demand labor trends and staffing accordingly
- Developing providing feedback to all Team Members to further grow and build a talent bench
- Creating weekly staff schedule
- Maintaining ordering inventory
- Creating a warm, fun friendly environment for all Team Members clients alike
- Meeting company (and State Board) standards on store cleanliness, organization
- Working shifts alongside Team Members by spraying or sugaring clients (depending on your designated service)
- Participating in, providing feedback and sharing wins on our weekly management call

WHAT WE OFFER
For this position, the total annual compensation range, includes base salary and potential bonuses.
The pay range for this role is :
50,000 - 70,000 USD per year (OC - Huntington Beach)
50,000 - 80,000 USD per year (OC - Newport Beach)
Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
