YOUR LIFE AS AN AWNING INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
This full-time skilled labor position typically works 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm with a daily lunch break, Monday - Friday. The ability to work some Saturdays will be required as well.
As an Awning Installation Technician, you play an important role in providing our clients with a high-quality experience. At the beginning of your day, you review orders, participate in morning production meetings, and collaborate with your install team. This helps to set you and your fellow coworkers up for success. After you have a thorough knowledge of the daily agenda, you load the proper tools, equipment, and products into a company truck and head to scheduled appointments for the day. Typically working in a team of about 2-4 awning installers, you always communicate with respect and courtesy. You utilize ladders, hand tools, and power tools to install products in a safe and efficient manner. In addition, you often have opportunities to practice exceptional customer service when you come into contact with clients. You enjoy serving others, working with your hands, and contributing to the company in a big way!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Efficiency with power and hand tools
- Physical ability to perform the necessary functions of the job, including working from heights and lifting 50 lbs.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and building plans
