Job Summary
Sugaright is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee daily activities in the organization's operations function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, administering recurring functions, and identifying opportunities for improvement or efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical or Electrical Engineering, and at least 6 years of experience in supervisory roles. You should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical knowledge of plant production equipment and controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards

- Coordinate with production planning, customer service, and logistics staff to meet customer needs
