We are looking for a seasoned Senior HR Manager Lead to join our Sugaright team. In this critical role, you will oversee all human resource activities, including recruitment, employment, compensation, and training.
Job Responsibilities:
The Senior HR Manager Lead will be responsible for coordinating distribution/communication of projects & programs, including employee policy handbooks, performance assessments, and employee recognition.
Additional responsibilities include providing support to Plant HRSM/PM/VP's related to all HR and employee relations matters, conducting exit interviews with employees, and communicating findings to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) and five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Demonstrate competence with compensation strategies and market analysis.
- Fluent in HR laws and regulations, with a strong understanding of federal, state, and local legislation.
- Basic competence in duties and tasks of supervised employees.
