Who We Are:
We are an Organic Sugaring(waxing) service that that appeals to all skin types, especially sensitive skin. From hair removal to skincare products, we are always looking for organic solutions. Our company is nationally known with locations in Boston and Chicago to name a few. We are constantly expanding and always in need of valuable team players with a CAN-DO attitude.
Many shifts are available for FULL TIME and PART TIME.
All new employees must work at least ONE weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). No exceptions. Please do not apply if you cannot meet these standards.
We are open from 9 am to 9 pm Monday - Friday and 9am-7pm on the weekends!!!!!

Job requirements:
To carry this role out successfully you must be highly organized and able to manage clients with grace, and professionalism. You are the face of the company and your reputation will be building a friendly, trusting relationships with customers.
Duties:
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor for trainings and retraining
- Clerical duties, UPS
- Retail sales experience
- Create invoices for clients
- Handle the register if cash or card is used at the time of checkout opening/closing
- Manage Stock daily
- Assist with guest cancellations either over the phone, chat, or company email
- Pre-booking clients for future appointments
- Supervise the aesthetic aspect of the store
- Greeting guests warmly and answering any questions they may have
- Be the point of contact amongst waxers and managers
- Mend the front desk area
- Open up the store, lights, tv, S light, water, stock bathroom, and music
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- If waxing trainees are in your location, you are to send reviews of them on their last training day to the Senior and Corporate trainer[s]
Qualifications:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- US work authorization (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
