Using all natural, organic products, sugaringLA uses the traditional method of sugaring to remove hair with a modern twist. We value care and are looking for a Studio Manager that can contribute and foster this value each day in our studio.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Studio Manager position is a high-profile leadership position that is responsible for the studio's overall growth, coordination, and operational success. The Studio Manager will ensure the studio meets or exceeds financial goals, while providing remarkable leadership in areas of customer service, team member relations, sales, and client participation. The Studio Manager will provide daily support to their team and offer ongoing leadership, motivation, and development. They are responsible for coaching, communication, alignment, and holding their sugaringLA team to the studio expectations. The Studio Manager will also act as the studio ambassador to provide each client with an elevated experience.

Required Skills of a Studio Manager

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• 3 years of experience managing people
• 3 years in customer service (Spa/Salon is preferred)
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Ability to problem-solve with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to lead a team with positive support and
• Confident in sales and educating clients on everything sLA

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the studio
• Ensure the studio meets or exceeds financial goals
• Maximize sales and membership participation
• Make sure both clients and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively
• Provide daily support to team members
• Mentor and develop team members
• Ensures each client and member has an elevated and consistent experience
