We value care and are looking for a Sugarist that can contribute and foster this value each day in our studio. We are looking for a Sugarist to Lead our Sugaring Team.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Lead Sugarist position is a high-profile leadership position that is responsible for the hands-on training sugarist, mentoring the sugarist team, and coordinating with the Studio Manager to help the studio operate successfully. The Lead Sugarist ensures each sugarist knows and uses the Smart Sugaring Techniques in every service and provides additional training as needed using sugaring LA's tools and procedures. The Lead Sugarist will also act as the studio ambassador to provide each client with an elevated experience.

Required Skills of a Sugarist
- Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
- 1 years as a Licensed Esthetician
- Customer service focused, cares for clients
- Reliable transportation & strong work ethic
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
- Can follow detailed instructions and take feedback to foster growth and potential
Responsibilities
- Master sugaringLA’s Smart Sugaring Technique
- Learn and become proficient in our scheduling software and studio procedures
- Educate clients on Earthly Care memberships, pre/post skin care routines utilizing Earthly Care products, and other sugaringLA sugaring services.
- Maintain a clean and inviting studio treatment room and environment
- Create new clientele through sugaringLA’s referral programs
- Facilitate the schedule for new sugarist training and provide the hands-on training education to new sugarists
