Job Description
The Rental and Repair Expert will be responsible for greeting customers as they enter the ski shop, providing them with information on available skiing and snowboarding equipment and supplies. You will assist customers with equipment and fitting hardware, ensuring they are made aware of the use and care of each item.
You will also be responsible for tuning, repairing, and storing equipment and supplies according to vendor or manufacturer's instructions. Additionally, you will confirm that the function of each item communicated to the customer and provide answers to any additional queries.
