Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our resort's base lodge, including all types of cleaning and janitorial duties. In addition, they will perform occasional maintenance tasks such as painting and general carpentry.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the base lodge and surrounding areas
- Perform maintenance tasks such as painting and general carpentry
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Lift up to 40 pounds to complete tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in custodial or maintenance work preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
