Overview :
Sugarloaf is seeking Parking Lot Attendants to join our Outside Services team for the coming winter season. The primary responsibility of this position is to direct guests to park in a safe and efficient manner. Additionally, Parking Lot Attendants greet guests, answer questions regarding Sugarloaf and its surrounding area, and will also help load / unload gear, skis / snowboards and luggage to cars and shuttles.

Responsibilities :
Arrive at work promptly and on time
Direct guests and employees to appropriate parking locations
Maintain order in parking lots
Assist in snow and trash removal throughout the resort
Exhibit a professional, courteous, and friendly attitude at all times
Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor
Qualifications :
Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
Must be able to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in all interactions with guests and fellow employees
Must be able to exert a moderate level of activity to complete tasks
