Pay: We pay a base wage tips. This usually averages out to $30-35 /hour
Sugo is a fine-casual sushi bar with a focus on the hand roll. Bringing a fresh take to the classic hand roll, we aim to provide an experience that delights and engages the guest.

About the Job:
You will be responsible for the seamless execution of our flagship hand roll bar experience. You will be a central component in ensuring a best-in-class guest experience in a fresh, new concept. Recurring responsibilities to include:
- Must be able to recognize, anticipate and act on the needs of guests with a hospitality driven attitude
- Ensuring high quality of food preparation and customer service consistent with Sugo requirements and procedures
- Maintaining clean and organized workstation with practicing safe and sanitary food handling at all times
- Preparing food based on recipes and techniques and with superb attention to detail and consistency
- Approaching interactions with co-workers and guests in a respectful & solution-oriented manner
