What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Clerk position at Suidae Health & Production?
Individual will maintain accurate inventory volume and inventory accuracy. This individual will also coordinate all shipping & receiving activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Shipping/Receiving
• Order inventory items and reconcile with packing slips upon arrival.
• Maintain shipping area organization, including all inventory items.
• Accurately count inventory.
• Perform appropriate adjustments on inventory levels.
• Research discrepancies as it relates to inventory levels if necessary.
• Check expiration dates to ensure quality products are being shipped to clients.
• Maintain prescription labels and label all scripted products.
• Ship inventory items to clients, as well as lab submissions.
• Operate an electric pallet jack stacker to move, load and unload products.
• Keep a good working relationship with vendors.
• Label and get pick up orders ready for clients.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Ability to successfully participate as a member of a team.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Capable of prioritizing work accordingly.
• Other duties as requested
Non-Essential Duties
• Filing
• Copying
• Assist in answering multi-line phone
• Learn to take phone orders from clients as needed.

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
Experience Required
• Experience with multi-line phone
• Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Quickbooks experience preferred but not required
