RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
As a member of our Sales Team, you'll be on the forefront of creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Ultimately, your primary role will be to promote our company’s products and services through excellent customer service.
To be successful on our team, you’ll need to demonstrate Suite Child’s core values, complete daily receiving and merchandising projects, and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Finding product solutions for customers that best fit their needs and discuss available options
· Explaining the benefits and functions of products and show customers how to use them

DAILY ACTIVITIES
Retail Sales Associates will assist customers throughout the buying process and across a range of product categories, including clothing and accessories, gear (car seats, strollers, etc.), nursery furniture and bedding, toys, and baby essentials. You’ll answer customer questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the Suite Child Leadership and other members of the team to ensure that customers have a positive experience with Suite Child.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Candidates with retail and/or customer service experience are ideal, but you can expect to receive on-the-job training. Suite Child will provide an in-depth understanding of our products, services, company policies and operational procedures.

FULL-TIME SCHEDULE
· This is a full-time or near-full-time position with a flexible 4–5-day work week (38 hours per week)
· Our full-time team typically works 9am-5:15pm shifts
· 2-3 Saturdays per month; Closed Sundays
· During peak sale periods and events, we may need you to work additional or longer shifts
FULL-TIME SALARY
· Full-Time Retail Sales Associates will start at $16 - $18/hour ($29,950 - $37,440/year depending on wage and weekly hours worked)
· Overtime work occasionally may be required and will be paid at 1.5 times the regular rate of pay for any hours exceeding 40 hours in one work week.
· Sales Team competition bonuses offered throughout the year
· Annual bonuses are paid based on Suite Child’s revenue growth
