Housekeeper/Groundskeeper

**This is an on-site position for multi-family housing units in Willmar MN**

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleaning up the grounds and common areas/picking up debris
• Cleaning apartments after they have been vacated and repaired by maintenance staff
• Follow cleaning checklist for turns/move-outs

Requirements of Applicant:

• Must have valid driver's license and insurance
• Must pass background check
• Must have reliable vehicle
• Must be willing to travel between site locations in Willmar
• Must have cell phone for work related apps and messaging
• Training will be provided

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, self-motivated, goal/task oriented, reliable, able to prioritize, has good communication skills, and who likes a fast-paced environment.
