Summary Description: Provide coordination of housing, transportation, meals, emergency medical, and cultural activities services for visiting international trainees. Trainees will be adult male military personnel attending technical training in the US.
Responsibilities: The following are job duties that the support personnel are responsible for:
- Must be fluent in French language verbal and written
- Elkridge area of Maryland
- Project will begin May of 2025
- Apartment pre-/post-occupancy inspection (walk-thrus prior to arrival and departure)
- Coordinate responses and solutions for apartment issues such as HVAC or plumbing failures, appliance malfunctions, missing or broken furnishings or accessories.
- Shopping for arrival food
- Stocking of apartments with arrival food
- Verification of computer set-up in apartments
- Orientation support
- Emergency contact for after hours and weekends
- Transportation scheduling (daily class, shopping, events, special)
- Meal menu and delivery planning and coordination
- Vendor invoice collection
- Vendor interface for daily changes/issues in meals, transportation, events and housing
- Event management including planning and researching of events, coordinating transportation, and coordinating meals
- Event chaperone
- Driving trainees to dental and doctor appointments
- Driving trainees to pharmacy for prescription pick-up
- Student interface; Interface between student, Northrop Grumman PM, SuiteSolutions PM, and Vendor
- Airport pick up and drop off chaperone
- Collection of keys, ID Cards, Access Cards, etc upon vacating
- Coordinating departures and arrivals of students with vendors, Northrop Grumman PM, and airports
- Generate reports on weekly activities
- Get approvals signed for every change in plans or purchase
- Track student information
