About the Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and performance-oriented Paid Media Analyst to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving measurable traffic, conversions, and revenue across both paid and organic search channels. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams including content, product, and operations to scale acquisition strategies and unlock new growth opportunities.

Your Day to Day:
Paid Search Management:
Develop and execute paid search strategies to reach target audiences
Set up and optimize bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing pages
Manage and optimize PPC Campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Reddit, and others
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed
SEO Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic
Conduct keyword research, on page optimization, and link building
Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze website data, including search engine rankings, traffic, and conversions
Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
Prepare regular reports on SEO and PPC performance
Who You Are:
You have 4–5 years of experience in Paid Media, preferably in a growth-focused or performance-driven environment
Deep understanding of SEO principles, Google Ads campaign management, and web analytics
You’re highly analytical and comfortable using data to guide strategy and tell compelling performance stories
You have hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Excel/Sheets
You're a natural collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally with content creators, developers, and product managers
You’re self-motivated, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment

Compensation Range: $70K - $90K
