Suited Connector (SuCo) is seeking a relentless Account Manager to join our team and expand upon our relationships in our home services verticals. Specifically, our team needs an individual with a solid understanding of online marketing and account management skills to meet our growing pipeline of clients’ needs. We are seeking a solutions-oriented individual that has their clients at the top of their mind all the times. We believe in high touch and white glove treatment of all our clients. Areas That Will Play to Your Strengths (all the responsibilities we’ll trust you with, no pressure 😉):


●    Client Relationship Management & Growth: You will be the primary owner for assigned accounts and serve as support for all accounts assigned to the home services vertical. Owning account retention and growth. 
   Communicate and collaborate: You will collaborate with all departments on changes and action items that support vertical growth. 
   Onboarding Excellence: You will create an onboarding process for new accounts including communication with Tech, Accounting and Compliance teams.
   Quality Assurance Oversight: You will analyze quality reports, identify issues and create action plans to increase quality by buyer as needed. 
●    Streamlining Payment Operations: You will actively support accounts receivable in the collections process and communicate billing terms by buyer. 
●    Analyze, Report & Identify Opportunities: Through Excel and Power BI you will proactively seek opportunities to improve client metrics including budget caps and RPT. You will also monitor and deliver weekly and monthly campaign reporting including metrics such as total revenue, PRT, return rate and unsold lead data. 
●    Business Development Collaboration: You will collaborate business development initiatives. 


What Will Put You Ahead:


●    First-Class Experience: You have a minimum of two years of Account Management experience, preferably in Lead Gen and or Home Services.
●    Communication is Key: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal team members. 
● Organizational Skills: You can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to change and new processes, while managing multiple accounts and prioritizing effectively. 
● Detail-Oriented: You have a strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner. 
●  Motivated: You are self-motivated and driven, with a passion for achieving and surpassing sales targets. 
 Technical Skills: You will have experience with business analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, and you have intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

The Other Details You Really Want to Know:
 
●     Preferred Locations: Denver, CO or Southern, CA
●     Base Salary Range: i.e., $60,000 to $80,000
●     Competitive bonus in addition to base salary compensation
●     Status: Full-Time, Salaried Exempt
