If you possess a strong foundation in barbering techniques and hair styling, with the ability to create personalized experiences for each client. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' appearance and confidence while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Perform a variety of barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
- Provide hair styling services tailored to individual client preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Utilize MINDBODY software for appointment scheduling and client management.
- Assist at the front desk with retail sales and client inquiries.
- Stay updated on current trends in hair styling, makeup application, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and nail care.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
Experience
- Proven experience in barbering and hair styling is essential.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques to promote products and services effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Experience with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is a plus.
- Additional skills in makeup application, eyelash extensions, hair threading, or nail care are highly desirable.
