As a Web Analyst in the e-commerce department, you ensure data-driven decision-making. You analyze website journeys, generate reports based on data analysis, conduct AB tests, and build dashboards for measuring KPIs. You collaborate closely with product, design, development, and content teams, delivering actionable insights to drive continuous improvements for our e-commerce growth.
Your typical day includes:
- Help define KPIs and write tracking plans for development or content teams.
- Transform raw data into suitable formats for analysis and reporting.
- Visualize performance using Looker.
- Build new reports in GA4 and train marketers to support our transition.
This job might be for you if you have
- You have with worked with the google stack: Google 360, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, GA4
- Good understanding of dbt models to effectively communicate and collaborate with our data engineers.
- You have experience with dashboarding tools such as Metabase, Tableau, PowerBI or Looker.
- You are familiar with quantitative analytics tools like Hotjar, Usabilla, Contentsquare, Fullstory, Datadog.
- Communication skills that allow you to effectively communicate your thought process and findings to stakeholders.
- You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
